How to Plan the Perfect Hibachi Birthday Party

Step 1: Pick Your Date & Guest Count

Weekends fill fast — especially in peak season. We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance. Minimum 10 guests for the best experience.

Step 2: Choose Your Location

Backyard, patio, pool deck, garage, vacation rental — we cook anywhere with a flat surface. Indoor or outdoor. We bring our own grill and propane.

Step 3: Select Proteins & Upgrades

Each guest picks 2 proteins. Want to go extra? Add Filet Mignon (+$5) or Lobster Tail (+$10) for the birthday VIP.

Step 4: We Handle Everything Else

Our Chef arrives 30-45 minutes early, sets up tables, chairs, decorations, and the grill. After the show and meal, we pack up and leave your space spotless.

Can you do a hibachi party for kids under 10?

Absolutely! Kids are our biggest fans. The fire show, flying shrimp tricks, and interactive cooking keeps kids of all ages entertained. Kids 12 & under are half-price ($30), and toddlers under 3 eat free.

What about food allergies at a hibachi birthday party?

We accommodate all common allergies. Let us know in advance and our chef will prepare allergen-free portions separately. Gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free options available.

Can you bring a birthday cake to a hibachi party?

You bring the cake — we'll make sure there's table space for it! Some hosts do cake after the hibachi show for the perfect one-two punch.

How many guests can you serve for a birthday party?

10 to 200+. For intimate parties (10-25), you get the full teppanyaki show experience. For larger celebrations (30+), we offer our buffet-style service with multiple stations.
